SMIRA meetings will all be held in the meeting room at the Community Centre.

The 2026 meetings will commence at 10.30 am on the following dates:
- Sunday 12 July at 10.30 am
- Sunday 18th October at 10.30 am
The 2027 meetings are scheduled for:
- Sunday 10th January at 10.30 am
- Thursday 8th April at 6.30 pm
- Sunday 11th July at 10.30 am
- Thursday 7th October at 6.30 pm
Please submit all questions for stakeholders via our Facebook page or by emailing by 6pm on the evening before the meeting. This will allow the SMIRA Board to forward these to attendees so they are able to respond fully at the meetings.
